Heberto Castro is the Head of Operations Gallo worldwide, is a joint venture with Unilever, for the last 4 years in Brazil. Previously, Heberto was working for ADM as Director of Operations in Brazil responsible for Supply Chain, Business Planning, S&OP, Customer Service, Distribution for almost 3 years also in Brazil. He started his career in Nestle and developed it in Supply Chain umbrella over 18 years in Venezuela and Brazil.
