Additionally she lead marketing departments in TOP 500 Fortune Companies like Western Union, Erste Group and Société Générale, where she coordinated regional projects Business to Business and Business to Consumer, addressing the price, distribution, promotion and go-to market strategies for EU and other countries, having significant increase in the marketing indicators and business, influencing sales and market share.

Lately she was involved in coordinating the marketing activity for Romanian entrepreneurial businesses like Tinmar, IBSB and Adria Arte, where her involvement was key in repositioning the brand, in building relationships with partners and consumers and to further develop the business. A great example is the Tinmar rebranding campaign that won the Graphis Platinum award; a very important distinction a brand can receive.

She is supporting her daughter, Sonia Marta, which already at 14 years old has 3 books published, which are available on Amazon, Google Play Books, Audible or on large retailers like Carturesti and eMag. As Sonia is willing to encourage children to read, she held interactive sessions in kindergartens and schools, to which more than 1700 participants were inspired to follow their dreams. It is worth mentioning the partnership with World Vision Romania, reaching children from remote areas of Romania with Sonia’s stories and with a session conducted in English.

Using challenging and thought-provoking processes, Irina works with individuals and teams to bring them to their next level of performance.
