Shub has 15 years of experience in people management functions. She started her career in recruitment and executive search. For the last 6 years, she has focussed on “Transformation” working with mid to senior professionals for their career transformation through coaching, facilitating, and consulting. She is an ICF member and ACTA certified and has also partnered with organizations like WSG, INSEAD, SMU, and NetExpat in creating and delivering various programs.
Shub leads our Organizational Development business and is curating frameworks to transform your organization’s workforce by collaborating with world-class facilitators and trainers from the Supply Chain space. As with everything in Alcott Global, our frameworks and programs are specially created to meet the needs of the industry and then further customized to the needs of each organization.
It’s no secret that digitalisation has brought about huge changes to both supply chain and logistics. The same could be said for the education sector, where more and more professionals, trainees and undergraduates are learning online. One place where both of these trends collide is the ‘Supply Chain Academy’ e-learning concept recently launched by Alcott Global.
