Tania is the Director of Operations Logistics & Customer Service at General Mills based in Brazil. She is an Executive with over 20 years of expertise in Supply Chain, Pharma, and FMCG. Before this assignment, Tania was the Supply Chain Regional Leader for South America for Zoetis for over 4 years and the Supply Chain Manager of Diabetes & Vision Care for Latin America at J&J.  Previously, she was in the FMCG in Mars as Sr Manager of Supply Chain: Logistics, Customer Service, Planning and Foreign Trade – Choco & Food; and previously in Ferrero as Supply Chain Development Manager BRA & South Cone. In the initial years, she worked for Pernod Ricard as a Logistics Planning and Project Manager and for Phillip Morris in Sales and Distribution Projects. She started her career as a Planning & Sales Coordinator in America Latina Logistics.
