As part of their “State of E-Commerce” series, Parcel Monitor looked into the current state of delivery logistics within Indonesia, covering the performance of major logistics carriers such as JNE Express, Tiki, and Lion Parcel, emphasizing their contributions to the industry. JNE Express, in particular, has been noted for its reliable services and wide-reaching network, boasting an on-time delivery rate of 97.4% and a first-attempt delivery success rate of 95.2% in Q4 2023.
Meanwhile, Tiki was recognized for achieving the fastest transit time in the region, averaging only 1.04 days per delivery, along with high-reliability metrics across the board. Lion Parcel, another key player, was praised for its extensive network that supports micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, achieving a significant first-attempt delivery success rate of 97.0%.
