Parcel Monitor’s in-house data team took a deep dive into the second half of 2020 in Indonesia and here are some insightful findings made by them:
- The average transit time to the first delivery attempt was 1.7 days
- 94% of parcels are successfully delivered at the first attempt
- 58.7% of international shipments originated from the US and China
