After a year of COVID, how are countries in Europe coping? After their first study on the effects of COVID on Europe’s logistics, our media partner, Parcel Monitor partnered with Statista this time round and analyzed the e-commerce logistics performance of Germany, UK, and France over 2020.

While the lockdown periods have caused an e-commerce boom, it also led to a surge in average transit time – parcels were taking a longer time to be delivered.

However, their data also found that despite the increase in-transit time, the delivery success rates peaked during the lockdown periods.
